O que significa AQL na inspeção de qualidade?
Do lote à mesa de inspeção: ler uma tabela AQL como comprador.
AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is the maximum number of defective units accepted in a batch. A common battery standard is AQL 1.0: no more than 1% of items in the sampling scope may be defective.
Inspection follows sampling tables (GB/T 2828.1 / ISO 2859) — the inspector draws a sample, measures voltage, size and appearance, and accepts or rejects the whole lot.
Our production applies in-process checks plus final AQL inspection with per-batch COA. Third-party inspection (SGS/TUV) can witness sampling before shipment.
For OEM buyers, specify your AQL level and inspection protocol in the PO — our QC team aligns the plan with your standard.
