We ship worldwide by express (UPS/FedEx/DHL), air freight and sea freight. Small sample orders ship by express within 3–7 days after payment.

Bulk orders for batteries include export packing with shipping marks, commercial invoice, packing list, and transport certification where applicable (UN38.3 for lithium cells).

Delivery time depends on destination and carrier: typically 7–15 days air, 25–45 days sea from Chinese ports. Shipping costs are quoted per order with all charges listed before confirmation.

Customs clearance duties are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise. Damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt with photos.
